The .img files are also from Brian L Stuart (I believe) with the exception of the _pcifast images which were made with the PCI FAST II card drivers baked in (for Virtualbox graphical support).
The inferno-rpi file is an image for the Raspberry Pi v1-2 models by the team who made the rpi port.
